The framing leaks and weeps into the knee wall causing rot. The sunroom was built in 2003 and Four Seasons has yet to formally respond to any polite phone call or letter.
The installer was somewhat responsive until he could not figure it out. Now he has dropped out of the picture. I find Four Seasons' lack of ANY customer service to be truly amazing. Had I known this ahead of time I would not have gone with them.
I urge anyone considering installing a sunroom to look elsewhere. While the Four Seasons room is quite nice, the total lack of customer service and concern makes going with them a large gamble.
