No customer service after the fact! Have a broken window and cannot even get them to reply! And know that broken windows in past have cost $200 each to replace. This one is on the ceiling and can't even get them to replace. NOT HAPPY!!

Update: finally got their subcontractor to come out to look at the broken window and he quoted me a price of $2000+!!! He said he would check with Four Seasons to see if he could get the price down but after a month, have not heard from him and when I called, I was left on hold for about 30 minutes.

Sales rep misrepresented life time guarantee on everything. Also promised upgrades never got. Numerous problems with water leaks at roof and electric in floor. Took two months longer than promised. Door to outside would not open and was told not covered. Now it will not open again. Left 6 messages for Volusia (Eddie) office. Will not return calls. Left 2 messages with home office consumer affairs (Michele). Will not return calls. Spoke to Dave (Eddie's son) in Orlando office who said he or Eddie would call. Have not heard from them. Same with Lakeland office. HORRIBLE, UNBELIEVABLE BUSINESS MODEL PRACTICES! MISREPRESENTATION!

This sounds like a problem with your contractor, not Four Seasons. Each location is independently owned and operated.

If you went to Burger King and got terrible service you wouldn't blame the King would you? No you would just simply avoid that franchise. As a Four Season's Dealer for 18 years, as well as licensed General Contractor for the past 30 years.

I would say you had a poor contractor, not product manufacturer. Next time do more research on the individual you hire not just the products he's supplying.
