Our Four Seasons sunroom was installed by a franchisee in Paramus, NJ. We did not experience any issues with the installation of our sunroom and it has held up well, however it is very inefficient from a heating and cooling point of view. In the summer it gets hot and...

Four seasons does not stand behind their products. I have had one four over 15 years and had problems from the beginning.

Contractor did not do the job and Four Seasons hung up on me when I complained and they said that it wasn't their problem. Their sunroom has leaked badly in many places for the entire 15 years.

And too difficult to heat in the winter and too hot in the summer and no way to install any kind of shade or blinds. I wish I had installed a regular room with a lot of skylights.

We had a Four Seasons Sunroom manufactured by Four Seasons Sunroom of Holbrook, New York which we had to replace. The concept is poor. The room becomes too hot to be in when the sun is out. When there is no sun the room quickly reverts to the ambient outside...

Four Seasons Sunrooms - Bait & Switch

Ken and Christine Stilwagen operate a Four Seasons Sunrooms franchise called "Better by Design." They run the business out of their house in Middletown, New York. They cover Orange County and Sullivan County, New York. In my case, they took a $4,000 deposit for metal windows. Then the bait & switch began. Six weeks later they called to say the vinyl windows were ready. If there was an honest mis-communication, they would have offered to find a solution. Instead, their response was a written letter stating "take it or leave it." For all those people who have been victimized by bait & switch contractors, here is a forum to share your stories and provide warnings for future buyers -- http://worsebydesign.com

Am a little puzzled,do you know vinyl windows are twice the price of an aluminum window?? much better also for your colder climates up North? your complain should give a little more detail than just that, because the way I see it they are offering you a Mercedes Benz when you only paid for a KIA!

I know the Stillwagons personally and know they would never misrepresent the products the sell. They dealt with the customer to give the customer everything he needed to satisfy him. DO YOU SEE THAT POSTED?

I purchased a sunroom from Four Seasons. The local agent and the corporate office were involved. The original construction was done incorrectly and we've been strung along for a couple of years with promises of getting the room fixed. Now we are told that the local...

Purchased a 4 Seasons Sunroom. The framing leaks. The dealership will not do anything about it and said that only the glass is warranted. We were directed to Effecient Home Products whom said "deal with it"! They will call us in a week to make an appointment with a...

We bought two Four Seasons Sunrooms in OK. They did a super job installing both of them.

When we had minor problems, we called them and they came immediately, fixed the problems and never asked for any more money! Even came out and taught us how to lock the exterior door from the inside! Sorry, but I highly recommend them.

We're considering having another one added onto our current home - if I can find one close by the "boonies" where we live!

I have the same problem. My Four Seasons sunroom is 4 years old and is already leaking and is also drafty and cold in winter.

Numerous calls for repairs and they take my information and say they will have someone contact me...noone has called back in over a year.

Ironically, I keep receiving sales calls from Four Seasons offering free in-home estimates for sunrooms.

Four Seasons Sunrooms - Worst Customer Service Ever!
My 16-year-old Four Seasons Sunroom has a glass pane that shattered spontaneously. It also needs new window crank handles because the existing handles no longer close the windows. Worse yet, the sunroom leaks at the interfaces with the walls, causing structural damage...

Hi, We also had a sunroom installed in about 2000/2001 from Four Seasons. It cost over 50K to install.

We have 4 crank out windows, and only 1 window still works. It's like this company disappeared! We live in Manhattan and it's so hard to find anyone to come to do work. I don't understand.

But I do have one contact. His name is John and his # is 914-447-**** He's in Elmsford NY,. But I think someones else came and repaired the leak once from another Four Seasons. His name is Bob Guerin 212-304-****.

Again, Like pulling teeth! And now I'm going to try to get new cranks for the *** windows. And to the guy/gal that replied to your post.

Duh, he had the Four Seasons Room for 16 years ***! Anyone with a brain could understand!
